I just pushed a bugfix release, RP2pr3b. You can get it from the standard Download button at the top right.
The Transposer bug in particular can be pretty nasty, so I wanted to get this out there quickly.
Bugs Fixed
Stuffed up transposer pulls unlimited items.
Fixed North/South distribution in Tubes.
Outer sides of new microblock faces can now support torches, etc.
No more dark item rendering.
More helpful autoassign error.
Make the inventory tweak pickier.
Fixed bugs in item ID assignment.
